ISPhOA as a scientific forum is dedicated to bring together leading national and international researchers, engineers and practitioners interested on any of the optical related technologies. The seminar will offer plenary and invited talks, contributed oral and poster presentations, special sessions and exhibitions of commercial products. Social and cultural events will also take place to foster networking among the participants in a friendly manner. It is hoped that this forum can promote transfer of R & D outcomes into applications that match with societal and industrial needs, particularly the ones across nationwide, ASEAN countries, and other neighboring regions.
